A little bit About Me
I'm so glad that you stopped by to visit my fitness site!
My name is Clifta and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a retired Competitive Bodybuilder. I competed in bodybuilding for 11 years and finally received my IFBB Pro Card in 1996 at the USA Bodybuilding Championships. It's that 11 year journey of working on myself to be the BEST in the world to earn my Pro Card that allowed me to gain my most valuable knowledge as a personal trainer, as well as, working with many different types of people over 38 years! I learned a lot as a competitor, things that books & certifications don't teach you... and even if competing is not your goal... which it's not for most people I train... it's helped me to be able to help you better!
I work with ALL different clients from beginners to advanced lifters and feel confident that I can help you reach your goals, whatever they may be.

I've trained people with injuries including back, hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, foot, and wrist, as well as, the Physically Challenged (para/quadraphelegic), people with Diabetes, Arthritis, MS, Osteoporosis, and Carpal Tunnel. I've also worked with bodybuilders and fitness competitors with their symmetry & mandatory poses for competitions, as well as, their nutrition programs, workout programs, and posing routines.
I have 38 years experience as a personal trainer and work with Women & Men, Beginners to Advanced, and ALL Ages!

You are living your best life when your mind and body are connected, balanced, and healthy. That's why I like to teach my clients how to get the mind/body connection during our sessions in the gym because I feel that it also transfers to life once they leave the gym. Having your mind connected to your body really makes life easier.
My approach to working out and life, is a "Whole"-istic approach including all the components. The body is an important component for sure... but it's more than just working on one part while in the gym... it's about combining ALL the parts to make a "WHOLE" person.
When you learn to focus on and integrate the... mind, body, & spirit.. that's when you truly Transform yourself from the inside out.
